JOK have been trying to get a team together for the Venla on the 18th June in Finland (haven't looked where but there will probably be JOKers driving from both Tampere and Helsinki) and just when we'd given up and decided to run for Finnish clubs as extras, Mr X tells us we've already paid for our team! Is there anyone out there who'd like to give it a go?! Yes, flights are a liiitttlee expensive but if you've got loads of time it can be done more cheaply via the ferry. The Jukola weekend is the biggest set of relays in the orienteering world - even bigger than the Tio, and a fantastic experience I'm sure (if the Tio is anything to go by). Please get in touch ASAP if you fancy it. For those that don't know, the Venla is the girlie race - so no guys please!
You know you want to!

If you have time you should fly cheapy to skavsta bus up for £15 return and get the party boat - find out from your swedish friends which is the main party boat this year. Venla is great, about 800 teams so possibly the biggest women's relay you'll ever be in. Do it.
Do it.
Becks i'm running for a Rav "international" team. No swedes! GBR, SUI, CZE and NZL Should be alright.
