As an assistant entry secretary of some experience. We will not accept entry by email until it is backed up by cheque in the post as many think they can reserve a map by email and then not turn up on the day and thus not pay. You can not free these maps as you have no idea until it is too late. If it is too late for chq in post then EOD is offered(if available)

Mike Napiers software does most of the functions mentioned is this coincidence or a sales pitch.

Is it me and my computer but the results always seem to be in adobe and take forever to download and are harder to interpret than SI.
