They were, and everything was on track and sorted for the highest profile championship for juniors yet put on in this country. But then Council yet again decided that a few making a loud noise should take priority, and changed its mind. In the circumstances, along with all the other shenanigans, the organisers have done a brilliant job getting anything off the ground, and more power to their collective elbows.
