In the news section it says
"This year the race includes Round 1 of the Future Champions' Cup - could 2005 be the year for the first ever junior winner of the Open Trophy?"
Seems pretty unlikely since Ed won it as a junior in '99. You wouldn't want to let the facts get in the way of your journalisms.

Oh dear.
I wrote the news item and sent it to nope for publishing.
Rocky added a line to it before publication saying that he thought Ed had previously won it as a junior.
I told him Ed had never won it, and so he removed that line from the story.
Now I have checked my facts a bit more closely....
Sorry Ed
Sorry Rocky
Sorry nope
Please all still come and run the race.....will this year be the second time a junior wins the Open race?!

I'm trying really hard to enter Mr H. and his party of juniors on-line - unfortunately Mr H.'s Ebay habit means he has a Nochex account and I don't know the password - so much for women being the shopaholics

I might bring some Swedes. When do the entries close? -they are getting back to me when they've looked at flights and also should I just enter them with my entry (if i decide to enter, sprinting and chasing seem a bit tough when you're just out of hospital) but put them down as their Swedish club? Also I know I should work all this out for myself but I'm not supposed to tax myself much and I need answers.. how long ish would it take to drive from Glasgow to where the event is? It's about an hour to the Trossachs event right? Maybe it's better to find them a hostel in Stirling.. hmm.
