Can anyone put me on to a tent repairer? I have a Regnly shelter (probably 20 years old) which is fine except that the pegging loops are falling off one-by-one. I don't think my sewing skills are up to this!
TIA

Andy Woodward of Wear & Tear Repairs can repair tents, sleeping bags, stoves, bivvy bags etc. Very skillful, quick, efficient and good value. Best to phone him first to discuss proposed repair, costs & timescale: 01597 860289. He's based near Llandridnod Wells.

I took my tent into Wilderness Ways (in Middlesbrough, but i'm pretty sure there are more in other places round the country!). They have a sewing lady which they send tents off to to be fixed. She did a good job and it was pretty cheap... I guess other outdoor shops might do the same thing?

Tent repairs
I've always used post or parcel delivery services to get my kit to Andy at Wear & Tear. Always worth saving weight by removing anything not needed to be be repaired eg tent poles, rucksack straps / foam backs, stuff sacks / bags etc.
