I note from BOF website that the Special Selection races are being held in Vilnius from June 24 to 26 on Japanese style terrain. Fun & games. I don't know anymore details apart from that on the website.
However travel options are:
1. http://www.airbaltic.com - they fly from Vilnius to Gatwick
2. http://www.lal.lt - Lithuanian Airlines fly from Gatwick & you can be back in the office by 0900 on Monday morning if you are keen
3. http://www.ryanair.com fly to Riga
4. http://www.airbaltic.com fly from Helsinki one way for anyone coming down from Jukola.
There will be trainings organised in Vilnius on 19, 20, 21, 22 & 23 for a national team that is coming for a camp. Anyone coming from Jukola can participate in this.
With regard to travel, I can get a good deal from LAL from Gatwick for a group if I can get the numbers. Anyone interested please PM as soon as possible & I can get a price. No committment needed until around 14 days in advance of departure.... i.e. when the tickets are printed.
And one extra point.... for anyone coming after Jukola.... I have sofa beds for 2 persons and plenty of floor space.....
As soon as I know what areas are being used I will get maps and they can go on the gallery I guess

I have just checked http://www.airbaltic.com They show a return fare of £70 plus tax from Gatwick to Vilnius.
Going out on the 23rd June it's depart at 1710 arrive VNO at 2200 (BT0656)
Coming back it's either Sun or Mon depart at 1525 arrive 1630 BT0655
It is very likely that you'll be able to get the Sunday flight (just). If the long race is held on the best area it's the same as the Lithuania Champs which are on Saturday. The area is only 2km from Vilnius Airport. Checkin time at the airport only needs to be 30 mins. Of course you could go home on Monday leaving Sunday night free for a part at Broadways
