We are trying to get ourselves a really good deal for the accommodation for BUSA next year, but to do this we have to book provisional numbers now.
The event is being held at Warwick University on the 2nd and 3rd April (is this during your Easter holidays?).There will be a sprint race on the Friday 1st early evening for anyone who wants to stay.
Which universities will send a team? How many do you think will come approximately (bearing in mind some people might not come during holidays)? Will you want to stay Friday night as well?

it's during leeds' holidays, and we'll probably have even less people than last year!
The reward of a thing well done is to have done it.

You have to be a member of a uni who is a member of BUSA and you have to have paid the relevant union or athletic union payment. I could not see if this later part was clearly explained (i.e. to clear whether a payment to the athletics club is enough for you to enter, or if you actually need a uni orienteering club).
Details are in section 7.1 of the document 'General Regulations (Printable Format)' on this page.

My uni doesn't have a club so i just have to be a member of my sports union and i just get the entry form from them and send it off myself. They are members of BUSA obviously.
