Index for BOF website

After replying to his request for links with the location of the Rules & Guidelines a few weeks ago, samsonite suggested that I should make a proper index for the BOF website. This was harder than it sounds because their own list is full of pages still under construction (even though it was supposed to be finished in June!) and some information hosted elsewhere isn't linked to at all

I've now come up with a provisional index which can be found at http://www.drongo.org.uk/mark/bof_website_index.php. I'd welcome any suggestions if you think there's anything important that I've missed, or that the entries could be better organised.
