I want to walk up the side of the mountain, I want to walk down the other side of the mountain. I want to swim in the river, lie in the sun. I want to try being nice to everyone.

Sorry about the fishing...it is actually quite good, better I thought than last tiem when they did the Welsh championships. Commentary is in conversation with Jenny Whitehead, and the focus only on the elite races - WCJS (TM), Ed Nash, Nicholas Morgan, Heather Munro, Helen Winskill, amongst others (sorry if I left anyone out) - and then the two spectator controls and the run in. They do mention someone from a Scandi club - I'll watch again tonight and get the name.
Other bits:- WCJS(TM) talks about his training and why he likes Grathwaite. Derek Allison explains who JK was.
