yeah Brasher won the 1956 steeple in melbourne. But there is a few other olympian turned orienteers or vice versa that i cant believe you guys havent come up with yet. maybe there not british but hey!!
Peter Snell from New Zealand won the 1960 and 1964 800meters, both in Olympic record times, and also held the world record at the distance for nearly 10 years, he has a lot to to with orienteering these days.
And also Anders Gaderud from sweden, 1976 steeplechase, he won the gold in a new world record time. He now is the head coach to the Norwegian Orienteering Team.

I think
twat is a fair comment on anyone who thinks they can piss against the bar
especially a rugby player
and especially if they think they can do it just because they are with Martin Johnson
no matter what Dickalot thinks

it changes some words automatically, like shi_te to jobby and f_uck to nope and anal intrusion to pillow biting.
actually not sure if the last one works.
also, we have nice people who take care of the board and remove anything bad. The housekeeping is good for the board overall.
how long will this one last?
Will we beat the aussies in medals by the end?
I think it will be close.

Watch out for my ex-chick at the olympics (Ida- t - Karlsson, Sweden). She's competing on Sunday in the womens wrestling (Im not joking). She's European Champ + No. 3 in the world so got a chance of a medal. She's fit and hard as nails:-P.......I once suggested she should come along orienteering...she laughed! I tried wrestling, even put on one of her suits, she kicked my ass but it was fun!
Look out too for my cousin Paul in the canoeing, outsider for a medal.

for those guys from the year 1981
we were M14 and there whas a guy named "jonas andersson"
he dominated in 1995 the swedish 5 days in Skane
he , together with Per Andreasson, and Jan Troeng where the best swedish youngsters also the swiss thomas eyer whas in top 5 of M14 that year
Now i asked Per what happened with jonas,
Per told me he has become one of the best swedish icehockey players he played in NHLfor 4 years and know he's active in canada and is a multimillionair
maybe he made the right choise when he was 14 years old to choose for ice hockey instead of orienteering
