No, the link isn't working...however I believe they are the Irish selection race results.
These can be found on Winsplits if anyone is interested, though there seems to be a problem with the Women's results yesterday

I want to walk up the side of the mountain, I want to walk down the other side of the mountain. I want to swim in the river, lie in the sun. I want to try being nice to everyone.

Thanks for that.
Yes you're memory is good stodgetta. I managed to track the reults down from winsplits.
Hope this link works:

Look at bana 11 for GB women and 12 for the men.
Was the original post by guest referring to Jamie finishing 6th nearly 8mins behind Dan, or that Steve Palmer was in the lead for most of the race untill a couple of misses just before the finish? 3rd from Ewan certainly seems impressive too.
Can someone tell me how many runners GB can enter for each event? Is there also a maximum number of runners that can be in the team?

This is going to throw the cat amongst the pigeons:)
The original 'favoured' team (from all acounts is blown out the water:)
Jamie in position 6 for Classic.... can he be selected. Palmer at number 2 must be a 90% certainty... Oli J & Jon D
Lets see
Women runs to form....... Jenny W will be upset I guess:)

Tatics are being employed:) neither GG or Mr Speake started the classic.. I guess a semi reasonable result (top 6) should see GG in the team . I guess Mr Speake needs a top 4 in middle distance to back up his claims from the sprint. Nick B look out of the running at present a top 3 in middle might bring him back... Ed Nash, Matt C etc etc out of it at present.
My team of 7:
Jaimie
JD
Dan
GG
Palmer
Ewan?
Oli?
Nick?
Speake?

Dan and Palmer must be certain for the classic now. Presumably Jamie as well as his stated desire to run classic - and his form this year covers him for his 6th place today.
That leaves GG and JD for sprint - so the only dilemma so far is who to give 3rd place on sprint - Speake, McCarthy or Barrable. I have a suspicion who, but don't like to say.
Middle distance then, will be Jamie..., one of the above and 1 other.

A lot to play for (As always) in the final selection race.
A fair bit depends on peoples preferences. I'm guessing the selectors might not want many people to run classic middle and relay. Which means that there would be at least a couple of spots wide open.
I think the classic does look set with Dan, Steve P and Jamie.
Would say only GG is set in the sprint.
The other two places - Speakey, Dan, jd, Ewan, Nick B .... who knows!
Big race today - hope everyone runs well.
