Having found out that only 3 university clubs have ever won the JK Mens Open (Newcastle 00, London 77 & Edinburgh 69), does anyone reckon a uni club will repeat this in 2004, or win another of the UKRL races?
Edinburgh were up there in 2nd at the JK and Scottish last year while Sheffield took 2nd at the Harvester and were 4th at the JK. And who's to know what will happen at the 0007 harris relay thing! (does anyone know exactly which races are UKRL, is it just BOC, JK, 007, Harvester, SOC?)
As for the girlies, Edinburgh is hopefully going to have its first pretty competitive team for a while (no offense meant to anyone) while Shuoc lasses won the Harvester last year. Think there could be a good chance for a number of uni's to have high placed ladies teams this year and I'm sure they'll be running Interlopers & EBOR (if theyve still got a team?) a lot closer too.
