Sub-15 Minute 5k
Last weekend, GB 2019 JWOC Relay gold medallist, Megan Keith, ran a 14.57 5,000m, qualifier her for the World Athletics Championships later this year. Not bad for someone who has just turned 21.

The previous week she had won the U-23 European Champs 5000m.
