I have had an email from BOF Central with a link to a coaching review.
https://forms.office.com/e/T4uGfsfrYj
Although I have been teaching navigation for about 30 years, I am not a BOF "Coach". Any thoughts about the review ?
There are 9 pages of it but the relevant questions don't start until half way down page 7.

Re: BOF coaching review
I think that having a review is probably a good idea.
I also think that the fact you've been teaching navigation for 30 years and are completely outside the "BOF Coaching Structure" is rather relevant to the whole review.
I have some concerns about the way the survey is set up:
It says that: "The online survey needs to be completed in one 'sitting' " which given the depth asked for in some answers is awkward, you cannot save and consider a reply to a specific question.
It is also set up so that many of the boxes require an answer before you can move on, and you cannot submit the form without answering these questions. I ended up filling several boxes with dummy answers.

Yes, I put some nonsense into each block as a placeholder and copied onto a Word document while I thought about it.
