Raven Crag will go down as an epic. M70 #7 to #8 100m with 50m descent... I went straight and could see the control for the second half of the leg but it still took me 3.34! And that was the 3rd fastest split on M70... 35 minutes per km! If you put the 20+ people who have done their courses on a mass start on Route Gadget and pause it as they reach #2/#3/#4, you see 20+ dots scattered apparently at random across the hillside.
So many confused folk. It will be talked about for ages. Well done all! Great week.

I agree, some days of Coast&Islands looked amazing. However some didn't. If Chris were to allow more selective entering I may well have been tempted.
I think most people thought the standard of coast and islands was high for all except the last day. As with most orienteering events the entry fee is a relatively small percentage of the cost so shouldn't really put you off.
To oblivion and beyond....

We had to miss the Arran events due to unforseen circumstances, but the first 4 near Tarbert were great and definitely worth the trip.
