What paper do clubs use when getting maps printed professionally. We currently use Xerox Never Tear (I think that is what it is called), which is great from a waterproof perspective, but is difficult to handle as competitive - it doesn't fold easily.
Thanks in advance.

Re: Map Paper
I understand Hassall & Lucking use Coated Pretex. They seem have solved the problem with toner rubbing off when damp maps are repeatedly folded.

One trick I have been told of (for use on my £200 home laser printer) is to set the paper to "thick paper/card" as this slows down the paper feed and so increases the time/heat of the printer, thus baking the toner on better.
For commercial printers with £50k laser printers I assume this is less of an issue which is why their maps, generally, suffer less wear than those from a cheapie printer.
