No Golds in yesterday's Middle Finals but some great performances nevertheless in the highly technical karst terrain of Foresta Umbra where errors were often massively punished.
Top 6 performances came from
Martin Ward (5th in M55)
Graham Patten (Bronze in M60)
Sarah Rollins (Bronze in W45)
Alice Bedwell (6th in W60)
Alison Simmons (Silver in W65)
The Long Final takes place at the same place tomorrow where the temperature is forecast to peak at 33C.

The IOF insist on their events using the unintuitive unfriendly Eventor website for entries and results. I decided to try to upload my routes to Livelox, which I might have guessed from the same developers is totally opaque.
I appear to have uploaded my sprint qualifier route as it appears on a google maps background. I wonder if those that understand the software are able to see and replay my route on an o map.
I'll not bother with the rest unless someone can explain how it operates.
