Some of the men have run along the same 500m section of track 4 times.
Hector looks to of tried an slightly off the map route for for 4 to 5.
Hassan looks to be heading back towards the start finish. I wonder if someone rescued her.

I think she's now been extracted, referee stopped contest.
Credit to her for sticking with it; my kind of orienteer

Fosser is running away from Bergman and has caught Kyburz and Daehli. Can he keep going at this pace?

Re: World Orienteering Championships
Some amazing performances from the GBR women this week! Grace did so well off an early start today, and 12th in the sprint and a great first leg in the relay, Megan’s astonishing result today came after minimal prep in the terrain, and of course a 6th in the sprint relay and Alice’s 4th in the sprint. Cecile was going so well in the sprint qual before that all-too-easy-to-make mistake. Let’s hope she picks herself up and dusts herself down as she’s got a lot of successful WOCs ahead of her too!

Too bad for Ralph he took the northern route for 15 and Martin Hubbman got past on the better southern route.
Gold and Silver in the Fosser train will it be bronze as well?
