It seems to me that it is the travel guidelines that we need to know about. "Minimise travel" is rather vague.

Might be of some interest to those with FE areas; my local contact said yesterday -
'We have now had guidance through from Forestry England about what is/isn’t allowed to re-start over the next couple of months. I just need to check a couple of things ....'

The DCMS guidelines were published yesterday - see here. Orienteering falls into the "organised sport participation events" category.
There will hopefully be an update from British Orienteering early next week, but I would not expect any major changes to what was published previously.

There's a change to the wording on travel to mirror the change in the Government's wording, shared drinks containers are forbidden, and spectators are banned unless they need to be there for safeguarding or caring reasons. Otherwise, it's the same as the version issued earlier in the month.
