Bit of a vague request I'm afraid, but hope someone can help.
My club, like a lot of others I suspect, is trying to do some stuff on-line to engage with our members while our main activities are curtailed.
I remember a couple of years ago seeing something - possibly on Nopesport - with a 'Christmas exercise' I think it was, where people had a basic street map emailed to them and then used Google Street View to navigate round the map to identify some local feature at 'control points' shown on the map. Anyone able to point me in the right direction please?
Would also be good to share any other on-line 'O' ideas to keep us busy in these dark days ahead.
Keep safe everyone.

Re: Amusing ourselves
There were a couple of Streetview-Os that I planned around ten years ago when our club first started doing Urban races.
Surprisingly the first, in Ibstock NW Leicestershire is still possible to easily solve as Google streetview has not been updated. I will check out the second one based in a nearby village of Markfield and see whether I still have the map and question sheet available. If the streetview has been revised it is still possible to view the older images.
If there is any interest in this as a distraction, then I am happy to post some more.
Hopefully soon we can be out there again for real.
Take care.
