The IOF Ethics Panel have reported....
https://orienteering.sport/ethics-panel-decisions-published-from-china-events/
From a quick scan read it looks like the Chinese athletes at the military championships received a 2 year ban from IOF competitions and the team officials a 4 year ban. The main issue being small tracks cut through green that the only Chinese athletes were aware of.
No sanctions were imposed on athletes at the World Cup races due to a lack of evidence with the only complaint submitted being that some athletes produced 'exceptional' performances without expanding further.
Interestingly the panel criticised unfounded accusations against athletes on social media and suggested that IOF consider extending the codes of conduct to cover comments on social media. That's Nopesport debate done for then

Re: Naughty Chinese Team
The right decisions, though a panel which couldn't figure out who the exceptional performers were doesn't inspire confidence.
Congratulations to Shuangyan Hao and Li ZhuoYe for making the most of their home advantage.
Let's hope none of our athletes produce any exceptional performances this year

To be fair it reads like they were only supposed to look at the evidence presented, which sounded a bit limp, rather than investigate for themselves.

The report mentions "fellow athletes" so I reckon that makes most of us on Nopesport completely safe since we are not competing against the World Cup runners (very often).

Yeh but with a former BOF Teasurer on the Ethics Panel we might see BOF follow suit with similar sanctions! Then I wouldn't be able to call you out for the ##### ##### you are

"Fellow", definition:
