Re: WOC Relay
Anyone know why Kris isn't doing the Relay? I'm guessing it was discussed on a thread somewhere but I can't find it..

So yesterday Magne Daehli was 101 seconds slower than TG. Today he's gone out 81 seconds ahead of TG. Could get exciting...! Has TG still got a good sprint finish?!
Edit: meanwhile GG has just brought GBR from 26th to 15th, in about 33 mins for the leg. Great run!

45 seconds behind at the end of the gaffling.

Re: WOC Relay
The Austrian runner seemed to be following Ralph but but followed into wrong gaffle at 5.

He strained his calf muscle during the race when he represented GB at the European 10K Cup 4 weeks ago, giving him only 3 weeks to recover before the sprints.Arnold wrote:Anyone know why Kris isn't doing the Relay? I'm guessing it was discussed on a thread somewhere but I can't find it..

Re: WOC Relay
Shame for Thierry.
I think that's GBR relegated to Div 2 as well
Now, can Craney hold off Canada's last "man"?

ie - he's doing his job. Very well.
I wasn't talking about GG - the original comment referred to Alan

Re: WOC Relay
From control 9 to the finish, Alan reduced the time gap on the 10 teams ahead (overtaking just the one).denbydale wrote:I wasn't talking about GG - the original comment referred to Alan

Your original comment wasn't true about either GG or Alan.

Re: WOC Relay
Ralph looks to be having a good solid run, no obvious misses. He was on the area yesterday , wonder if that helped.

So not quite the fairytale ending for Thierry, but not bad.
Great race. 15th for GBR. Better luck this afternoon girls.

Re: WOC Relay
Megan off to a good start, got the first tricky gaffle, crux is after arena run through same as mens no 1 , same gaffle as alan, not even sure whqat the feature is, looks like small single contour mound , with a light green area before it .

Lots of problems at control 8 for many teams, including Megan.
