Huge error by Helena jansson lost 6 mins at control 8, tried to go direct but lost it and had a problem relocating, Maja Alm took a very roundabout pathroute but it payed off in speed.
Jess and Charlotte finished together, jess slightly in front. now 3rd and 4th on time but about 5 mins down.

Re: WOC Long
Some incredible routes on the first long leg 1-2, hubman looped to the north on a track, Kyburz went way south again looking for trascks, Novikov went straight and that seemed to pay off.

Jonny took the Hubmann route, Cherry went straight - not a lot between them. Ralph took the Kyburz route and was slower.

Re: WOC Long
i,m paying for mine...paid for the week, getting nowt done today.
a huge amount of route differential even between the 3 brits esp on the long legs but even on some of the medium ones. some people going for the tracks and the open but some chosing to batter through...which seems to be paying off so far for lundanes and novikov
