Today is the Sprint Relay in Viljandi, with the course looking to be a mixture of hilly castle park and old town streets. Race starts at 15:05 BST, with the Women running a 3.2km course (125m climb) and the Men 3.7km (160m).
For GB, Cat on 1st, then Ralph, Kris, Tessa. Full startlist is here, live results here
While you wait, why not read my summary of yesterday, which reveals what might be Hoddy's secret to sprinting success.
Simon and I also went and ran yesterday's Men Sprint this morning, and I can confirm it was as hilly as it looked - the steep grass bank on the way to 1 was particularly gruelling after the long slog up the street from the start - can understand why Hubmann said he wanted to avoid doing it twice by going left to 10.

If you haven't already, today might be the perfect day to pay your €6 and watch the live streaming - bright sunshine, amazing scenery - huge hills and a great ruined castle, and the distinct chance of a GB medal

I'm logged in much more quickly than yesterday. "Only" 560 watching currently, compared to 820 yesterday.
oooh, lots of contours, I hope they've got studs on for the steep grassy banks...
