I'd be looking forward too ... if I could enter
Just spent 10 minutes entering all the data required only to find the checkout page failing to load. After several minutes I hit the back button only to find that none of the data entered had been remembered and, furthermore, I received a message saying
"BOF SENIOR WEEKEND Registration choice is full"
I'm loath to start all over again ... perhaps I won't go after all

Re: Pembrokeshire Weekend 20/21 May 17
I entered last week and had a "failure" at the fimal payment page.
I also found I had to start again and re-enter all details.
Second attempt was succesful. I have an email confirming I am entered, my entry appears in Athlinks, but I am not showing in the "who is coming" lists.
I have emailled the organiser to confirm but no reply yet....
I find using Fabian4 much easier.

I finally managed to book in after another 30 minutes of trying! Booking for two of us for both days involved making separate entries for each day; entering for both days in one operation was denied, although this could have been done if we were not BOF members

Re: Pembrokeshire Weekend 20/21 May 17
I'd be interested to know why this company was used for online entries in the first place?
It says it is for American endurance athletes to keep track of their results.
I did try looking at the entry page just to see how it works, but I gave up as it was taking too long to load.
There are many UK race registration sites if you don't want to use one that specialises in orienteering events, but I'm not sure why you wouldn't. Many people use SiEntries or Fabian4 as an event finder/calendar, so you are getting some free publicity to your target market when you use one of them. Orienteering has some very unique combinations of age and course combinations that would make it hard setting up an event on a non-orienteering service.

Re: Pembrokeshire Weekend 20/21 May 17
Apologies to all who have had frustrations with the Athlinks/chronotrack site... EMIT UK have opted to use this platform for this event and also some of the Mil League South events... hopefully it will improve. Personally, I have not experienced any issues although having to enter an emergency contact for each family member was time-consuming. Allan Farrington may wish to comment further...

Well, I've just been through the registration and payment process, apparently successfully ... but I don't appear in the who is coming list, even after a number of refreshes.
Can't see any contacts of any sort on the event pages, so ... ???
(oops, there's an organiser email in the confirmation email.)

I was similarly concerned - not in the "who is coming" list over a week after entering.
I have an email reply from one of the organisers confirming that updating this list is a manual process, and that I am in deed entered.
Make me wonder all the more why cohhose thios entry mechanism and incur an additional manual task over one which updates immediately and automatically - perhaps cheaper for the organisers ?

Final 'final' details have replaced the 20 Feb version on the BAOC Fixtures site:

Hopefully the Start allocations (early/medium/late) will be available soon...

Re: Pembrokeshire Weekend 20/21 May 17
Thanks for the link. If you try to access the start list from the (Athlinks) event site you just get the cryptic message: "No one has RSVP'd"!
The link you gave has everyone starting at 10:00 on Saturday. This makes little sense when the Final Details have the first starts at 11:30. I'm guessing we should ignore the "Starttime" column completely and go by that labelled "Seeding" instead ...
Is there a list for Sunday anywhere also?
