I'd have thought anyone working for BOF would be very interested in the input on this thread from former WOC medallists, coaches to WOC medallists, and maybe start thinking maybe we've got some changes to make.....?
The successes going on in Sheffield were highlighted at the conference on Saturday (that's the BOF one that followed the levy vote). Impressive results and some great ideas were put forward. Similar things were mentioned as going on in Scotland (for some time now) and more recently Happy Herts. Those clubs who were represented there should be thinking about their own plans now. Pity that some clubs had no representation at all.
