Tallink ferry in Stockholm to Tallinn looked like it was very busy with Swedish orienteers making their way to Tallinn...... saw some familiar faces amongst the crowds

Don't worry..... Tallinn is a lot cheaper than Helsinki. I'm currently supping a pint of Karhu near the train station at 6.80 €.

You generally get a better rate on a credit card anyway.

What? my experience of credit cards is that you get stiffed by a "non-Sterling fee", mind you debit cards are even worse - a "non Sterling transaction fee" and a "non-Sterling purchase fee".
My experience is that best rates are got by checking online and ordering Euros cash beforehand. The post office usually offers a pretty good rate.

Re: WMOC TALLINN
Post Office Platinum credit card adds no commission, neither (this year) does Santander credit card, therefore they only use the Mastercard Exchange Rate. 1.1664 today versus on-line currency exchange rates of 1.1520 (Caxton FX) / 1.1560 (Post Office)

. No point in winning by more than necessary
