Gripple wires
I hope that the boxes at the British Sprint Champs this coming weekend will be tethered/grippled in such a way as to allow dibbers to actually get in past the wires. Have had some difficulty with this recently at various events. It certainly is much more difficult in some cases if SIAC is being used.

Not really just trying to avoid avoidable embarrassment

One of the Sprints planners was at the Science City event a couple of weeks ago where the grippling was immaculate, according to the SIAC users I spoke to, so we have to hope that he noticed how it was done.

Perhaps the units will be on normal stakes, the latter being attached to railings with suitable ties. That or tressles is a better arrangement for a national champs.
