The only vaguely helpful word in the description is 'moor'. This is not going to 'sell' the area to anyone and one of the most useless descriptions I've seen.
Has the area a plethora of old tin workings or mining activity ? Fast underfoot ? Heather ? Exposed rock ?
Come on the Organising team ! If you want me to travel to the area, you going to have to do substantially better. The description is rubbish.

Not sure whether it's changed since you posted, but the Tamar Triple website also says "runnable" and "remnants of historic mineral mining". It's not the most technical of areas, but I think the photo featured on that page is a fair reflection of the runnability:
