Alan Cherry making a good start, in 2nd place after 40 starters reach the first timed control just over halfway through the race. Jo Shepherd 4th from 45 finishers so far!

Looks like Ralph and Hollie top Brits in 18th and 25= respectively. Nice to see Hollie getting back in the swing of things. Cat down as DNS - not sure why.

You mean 25= & 18th....that type of terrain doesn't really suit the Brits. More fun tomorrow:-)

All the heats very close, with the top 20 from each going into the A final at around 4 pm later today. Hollie, Ralph and Peter making it. Ruth, Charlotte, Alistair and Will, all missing out by less than 10 seconds.

30th for Hollie in the Women's final. Tracking wasn't working, but from radio splits it looks like she lost ~45 seconds to a mistake early on, and was then fast.

Looks like best run of the day for GB was Jess Tullie. First leg, GB2, I think she came in 10th although shows as 15th on results.
