Firstly, apologies for the blatant plug...
Not around so much in the orienteering community anymore but still keeping up the running!
Over the last 7 months I've been completing a charity challenge for Mind, the mental health charity. I'm just about to finish running between all stations on the London Underground network. This involves running the shortest road route between each station.
The total distance is 530km over 26 separate runs (approximately half a line per run). The longest nearly 50km from Chesham to Baker Street on the Metropolitan line to a mere 2.5km from Waterloo to Bank on the Waterloo and City line. Over 38 hours running in total and 270 stations (multiple times for many!).
My aim is to raise well over my £2000 target for Mind. Please support if you can at https://www.justgiving.com/dave-abrams/
For those interest in the details, each of the runs here:

He's nearly reached the £2000 mark, come on folks, dust off your wallets!
