WOC Divisions
Good news, both the GBR men and women will be promoted from division 2 to 1 for WOC 2016, allowing us to have three runners entered in the individual races. Had we not been hosting this year and only counted out best and third best runners we would still have been promoted.

That's great news. Where's the data that supports that result? Has someone published it, or have you worked it our yourself?

My unchecked (now checked) calculation for division 2 is: Men, 1st GBR 479, 2nd EST 437. Women, 1st GBR 480, 2nd UKR 383. Two other people on AP have come to the same conclusion, but not quoted their their calculations, the margin is quite comfortable.http://www.attackpoint.org/discussionth ... ge_1087074
