Great result for EUOC - 208th. Offspring, moved from a day leg to 2nd leg at the last minute, reports it's the best orienteering experience he's ever had! Not often I'm envious when it comes to orienteering......!

Given the choice of death or using Emit, it may be a close run thing , but I expect they mispunched.

Re: Venla and Jukola
And a big well done to COACH Graham Gristwood who coached and helped IFK Mora to a 7th position overall - I'm sure the club's best ever result.

Jukola
No team-nopesport, but 12 GBR teams heading out to Jukola, this weekend. Even before counting those running for foreign teams, that would be more people than the open class at the British relays. And more GBR teams than Switzerland or Denmark!

Re: Venla and Jukola
In Jukola there are three times as many GB teams as Danish? And from outside Europe: 2 US, 2 Canadian, 1 Chinese and 1 Hong Kong.
Teams and runners:

Last year's Jukola results:
http://results.jukola.com/tulokset/en/j2015_ju/ju/lopputulokset/
Doug and Scott were in the TUME team that was 6th.
GG was coach and leg 3 for IFK Mora who were 7th.
Last year's winners KOK significantly weakened by loss of Baptiste Rollier (to Kalevan, Leg 3) and Daniel Hubmann (to Koovee, leg 7).
Kris Jones, Matt Speake and Alasdair McLeod run for Lillomarka, team 17.
