Re: Harvester Relays 2015
We (FVO) will be bringing our trophies down to the event with us when we travel to defend them! We have booked our flights
And if we can raise teams and travel from Central Scotland to the race surely everyone else can make the effort too - the more teams the more enjoyable the competition, so get your entries in!!

Re: Harvester Relays 2015
Trying to track down the Happy Harvester Trophy - junior winners - as results on SLOW website don't mention it
Did SYO win it in 2014??
If so can they confirm they have it and are bringing it back (Adams family?)
Thanks
Chris Branford

Re: Harvester Relays 2015
SYO didn't win the Junior Trophy in 2014. We did win it in 2013 though.
Looking at the 2014 results it doesn't appear there were any Junior teams in 2014. SYO were unable to field a team. Therefore last year's organisers should know where the trophy is. It's certainly not in the Adams house.

Re: Harvester Relays 2015
I believe the SYO Trophy is being brought down by private plane. Luckily WIM have chosen an Assembly with an airfield at Compton Abbas which is only 4 miles away.
As it says in the Harvester 2014 event write up in JUN14 - Vol 35/3 in CompassSport Magazine "Happy Herts Trophy (Junior): Not contested"

Re: Harvester Relays 2015
Thanks to SYO and SLOW for confirming trophies are coming
I assume that SN are bringing ladies trophy with them? Can someone confirm?
I just need to find out from NOC what they are doing about the Sutton Park Trophy as they are not entered at the moment. Again can someone let me know?
Team entries going up fast now and starting to look like a competition
Thanks everyone

Re: Harvester Relays 2015
Thanks very much to WIM and WSX for the event and in particular for taking on the organisation at fairly short notice!
The first two on the A course were FVO (with an M45, three M40s, two M35s and an M18) ahead of SYO (with an M50, an M45, an M40, a W45, a W18 and two M20s).
Not an M21 between them!
So if you are reading this and your club wasn't there - it is not some sort of elite-only event, plenty of scope for many clubs to raise a team or teams and put up a strong showing.
The 2016 date and venue is yet to be confirmed....but when they are then let's see some other clubs get some team spirit going and come along to bolster this great competition for 2016 and future years!
