Yes good luck to the large British team. Live results and GPS seem to be available.
We have discussed here before the use of the world rankings (about which our correspondents are not always fully enthusiastic) to determine start order for big races, but the system is what it is.
The top GBR men, GG and Hector, are 33= in the world rankings before today, which come the world champs would be likely to make start block 2 - those ranked 11th - 25th from the entry. In today's long race 25 of the top 32 in the world rankings are entered, so it is start block 3. All eight Swiss ranked ahead of 33= are running. So as about as strong a field as it gets, good luck to Duncan Birtwistle, making his full international debut today I believe.
In the women's long race 10 of the top 14 in the ranking list are running.
(edit: grammar, clarification on strength of field. )

Don't know about the athletes but I'm knackered already after last minute early morning Skype pep talk with housewife. They're away in quarantine now no doubt listening to suitably bad jokes from Mr Rollins!

'Red Zone' for men appears to be up to 12:18, GG at 11:12 and HH at 11:20 (with some others before and some after)
For women it's up to the end, around 13:20, Cat at 12:55, Claire 12:31, Hollie 12.25 (others before this)

Well, actually it isn't what it is (best start last), unless Duncan has suddenly leapt ahead of Hubmann and Gueorgiou. IOF noticed it was daft and gave organisers scope to move things around.

Anyway, good luck to everyone.

5-6 is a great leg.
Hector has gone right round the road by the arena. Not sure about that.

The two minute intervals are working well. Thierry now in a train of 3.

Matthias Kyburz has caught Thierry, game over?

The route choice to 2 was crucial. Round the road was much quicker. Thierry lost over a minute to Kyburz on that leg.

Much closer in the ladies race, especially as Tove just made a mistake on #5, Bobach will be close!

To be fair to William Lind, he appears to be trying to do his own thing rather than catching the train.
Kyburtz has taken full advantage of his radical route to #2 and who can blame him?
