Hope all Nopers have had a great day today - enjoying the sunny weather and getting in a bit of training.
Best run of the day?
I'll open with a run up Mortlich from the Aboyne Loch car park on the A93, 4 of us and not another soul in nearly an hours running, sun rise over Kerloch and superb clear bright & still weather.
Merry Christmas - best run?

Just down the road from Big Jon: technique training in Glen Dye. Beautiful sunny day as Jon says. Marshes almost frozen enough to keep dry feet.

a fantastic 12.5k run on unmapped singletrack trails in a frosty sand dune pine forest - getting there and back on a mtb on icy roads was "interesting" too...

I did greenock parkrun. More scenic than it sounds with cracking view of the Clyde estuary - and I beat the Zebra...

It was an 0830 start (the sunrise was over the hills to the East) so not that early - just right for leaving time to sort Christmas dinner on return to home!
