mr scrutton has been doing the maths and has just in fact phoned me with some of the times, she's equal with Helen Jansson on points but is ahead on time...
Alison O'Neil: 93:04
Helen Jansson: 93:47

teams scores are based on best 3 runners.
After middle race:
1st SWE 41
2nd FIN 69
3rd NOR 74
4th CZE 102
=5th GBR & SUI 116
7th RUS 126
8th LTU 171
Special prize for Scotia for running path routes & doing 16km for an 11.5k course.
Yeah its been a superb day for the team and Alison in particular.
Its was emotional seeing the GB flag raised & lots of whoop whoop & OooH AaaH GBR from the team & supporters - ewan & dids.
The rest of the team did a great job with 2 wreaths designed by Giovanni Van Poole.
So we will have enjoyed a meal out in gdansk old town tonight & plenty of R & R tomorrow.
Teams not yet decided for relays - got some team meetings in the morning to decide & then team jog & sponsors photos.
Big thanks for ALL THE SUPPORT FROM HOME we have been amused reading all the posts.
