If you enter Gothenburg make sure you are back in time for the Scottish 6 Days!

Can't be done (unless someone charters a plane)- either we'll miss WMOC long final or 1st day of S6D
Don't know how IOF managed to cock this up

Nick Barrable reckons it can be done so maybe when he has won WMOC2014 he can advise?

1st Aug 2015 - Last finish 2pm at WMOC
Ryanair 9.45pm dep. Goteburg to Stansted arr.10.40pm (£36 at the moment). Clear airport at 11.30pm. You now have 13.5 hours to get to S6D at 1pm for a last start at 2pm. Drive overnight 540 miles to Inverness - say 8.5 hrs. That gives you 5 hours to spare - a kip in the car somewhere on route.
Not much fun, debatable whether you are going to run very well at the S6D, that's if you haven't fallen asleep at the wheel and killed yourself on route. But it could be done.

My cunning CPH-ABZ flight early doors on Sunday morning with SAS has been moved to early evening so I am looking at other options...

Our cunning plan has a flight from Gothenburg to Manchester via Frankfurt on Saturday evening, and a drive up Sunday am.

Re: WMOC 2014 Brazil
Three doubles were completed at today's Long Final in Parque Fazenda Da Serra, near Canela in Brazil. There were two Golds awarded in M40A as Nick Barrable shared the same winning time as Finland's Mikko Väisänen (55:04 for the 7.9 km course), so Nick did the Gold double.
Cork O's Marcus Pinker's double was of Bronze hue, also in M40A and he was only 1.41 down on the winners, and Ursula Oxburgh also won her second Bronze medal in W80.
Some other notable results were Eddie Harwood's 6th in M60A, Peter Gorvett's 5th in M65A and Tom Edelsten's 7th in M70A.

Not cheap ...The estimated price per person is €230-290, depending on the number of passengers.

I'd say that's really very good considering you're saving most of a day in travelling and need to be ready to race (and spectate!)

If I didn't make it back in time for Day 1 I'd be in trouble, I'm one of the planners!
If you can make it then try to, Keppernach is awesome fun.
