Still some maps available for next weekends Chase on the Loweswater Fells, usual format of 3 courses, 20, 15 and 10k. Expect some long legs and route choice on the mostly grassy runnable terrain. The map is A3 1:15000.
Full details at wcoc.co.uk/futureevents
Still a very reasonable £7 for BO members including hot drinks and cake after your run

Re: Copeland Chase 9th November
Great event today. I ran 22km with only 7 controls, 3 long legs from 3.5 to 4.5 km straight line and interesting route choice. Perfect Long O. Even the weather was kind to us.
Many thanks to the Cumbrian and all the helpers.

Agreed! An excellent day out.My Garmin gives me 24 Km which probably explains why Gaw was somewhat in front of me. Thanks to all concerned.

Thanks for the comments gents and glad you enjoyed it.
Was interesting looking at the routes some of you took on Strava, real evidence of the distance v climb options on some of the legs.
