BOF website down?
Getting an error message - is it just my computer/browser or is BOF site down?

Who is this Neil Yong? What have I been missing. (Must google and find out).

Yep. Maybe the ghosts spooked the server. Not good.
It's taken out most of the fixtures feeds because they are based on the British Orienteering events pages. Here's a list (Dropbox PDF) of Sunday's fixtures compiled the old fashioned way - did I get them all?

Does that mean there is no out of hours support? (I'm assuming there is a third party who maintains the website)? Might be an issue for some of the big events if this happened at a different time, depending on where information is hosted?

Re: BOF website down?
Couldn't have come at a worse time for Moravian. We had a big push on membership to concide with the start of the "14 months for the price of 12" deal, and our Level C event today.
We'd also posted out letters to all lapsed members since 2011, inviting them to rejoin ahead of WOC, timed to arrive on doormats on Saturday morning.
Several people said they'd tried to join when they came to register. Not an ideal experience. I'm sure BO will be as disappointed as we were.

I agree this is a particularly bad time for the website to go down, just when newcomers can join and get two months free membership. I was going to run some Facebook adverts and promotions this weekend to get some of our recent newcomers to join, but can't until this is resolved!

We're all doomed. The end of orienteering as we know it. Only the BOF website can save us. Urgent plea for Super Mike to the rescue
Go orienteering in Lithuania......... best in the world:)

So there is a need for British Orienteering, some Nopers may note.

Re: BOF website down?
Before anyone else gets there first, the main complaint was that people couldn't join BOF, but if there was no BOF.....
