WOC 2016 / Rocky Orienteering Circus?

Well, the website for the 2016 WOC in Sweden has just been launched http://www.woc2016.se/. As well as the Trail-O WOC, there is the usual set of races for Joe Public, this time with the catchy (!?) name "Rocky Orienteering Circus". I'm just wondering if Bullwinkle puts in an appearance somewhere.... Or has rocky moved into a new o-themed sideline?
