Does anyone know how to contact support for WinSplits Pro, please? I've been experiencing some issues trying to import split times from web pages created with AutoDownload.
The support address on the website (info@winsplits.se) doesn't work (no such domain), and the form on the web site merely sends an email to that address, with the same result. Given it's not a free product, I'd expect there to be some way of reporting issues or ideas for improvement.

Can't really help but the domain registration for winsplits.se expired on 21 July and it was deactivated on August 13 - relatively recent so maybe there's a non-sinister explanation.

I'm having problems with this too: the web contact form objects to my message (maybe I'm using a character it doesn't like, such as \), and all I want to do is send a simple email.

Re: Support on WinSplits Pro
After working OK for a while, I've started getting problems again. On starting up Winsplits, I get a message "String not recognised as a valid date time" and no events are downloaded. Sometimes, by switching between the tabs (search/new/downloaded), I can get it to download the list of events, but then if I change something (like the Country filter) it says no events found, and at other times it hangs on "Connecting...". I also noted that it seems to have forgotten the events I've already downloaded. Can anyone help, please? Is everyone seeing the same?

Just to add, the behaviour is the same with a clean installation on a machine that has never run the software before.

Yep - I get the same. I've just got used to switching tabs to refresh the list of events and haven't noticed any other problems.
You could try sending a support message via the form on the web-site.

I just tried that, but the form gives "validation failed" (whether logged in or not) without saying what it was trying to valdate! However, an email to "info@winsplits.se" appears to have worked, so I'll see if I get a reply.

Re: Support on WinSplits Pro
After a bit of head scratching, I decided it might be down to UK vs. US date formats, and a couple of tests I tried seem to bear that out. In early November (3/11/21, I think) it worked as it used to, but today (17/11/21) it didn't - and 3/11/21 is a valid US format date (albeit wrong). I've passed this on to Mats; hopefully he'll be able to find and fix the problem.

Mats has just fixed this by an adjustment to the web server.
