INSIDE ORIENTEERING
A good new edition just been made available. An interesting article on Brian P. - the new IOF President & also an article on WMOC 2013 in Italy. Interestingly stating that competitions will be held as high as 2200m - so altitude & it's impact will play it's part.... for those interested the Pyrenees makes a good backdrop for altitude training or aclimitisation.....
Go orienteering in Lithuania......... best in the world:)
