Women's relay starts at 1130 local (1030 BST), Men's at 1330 local (1230 BST).
I'm predicting Gold for the Swiss men, and the Finnish women. Would be great to see Brits on the podium, but that's going to be tough. Good luck GBR!
Should be some good aerial TV shots in the assembly field today - the "octocopter" pilot was practising in the field yesterday.

Re: WOC Relay
I reckon the swiss will top+tail the championships, they had a great start, but have been a bit below expetations on the Middle and Long (even with SNL's gold and MM's Silver)
Men: SUI, NOR, FRA, dark horses: LAT
Women: SUI, FIN, SWE, dark[ish] horses: DEN
Last year's women's relay was spectacular with 5, 6 or was it even more different leaders on last leg - each control seemed to have a different leader. Go watch it as a warmup to get you into the mood. I don't think this terrain will have the sort of errors there were last time though.
I'd love to see GBR get in amongst the action and avoid early mistakes. If so then a podium top 6 is there for the taking.

Not many fewer than other finals. And the sun has just come out after rain earlier.

If it stays like this, Simone Niggli chasing down Tove Alexandersson, should be a great battle!

Looks like Mharky's running on his own... he was about 10 seconds off the back of a group.
Now he's back with the group & picked up 7 places

Matt lost 2-3 min between 3 and 5 but I can't see where because the GPS tracking is giving 'Server overload' fails.
