Hi
We're having a facebook discussion in our running club about mudclaws. The question is "do you need to go up half a size from your road shoes?" Some reviews would suggest this.
Our experience is varied, some agree. My mudclaws are 37.5 but my Asics road shoes are
size 39.
What do nopers think (apart from you can't beat trying everything on in the Compass Point/Ultrasport tent?

I take a size 7 in all Inov8s including mudclaws. I also take a 7 in Brooks Adrenelines.
What are pictorial descriptions?

Re: Innov8 Mudclaws
I bought mudclaws about 18 months ago and was really disappointed. The bevel on the heel (which is think is there to help in mud) meant that on any harder ground I was running on the inside of my heel causing blisters. I've used them occasionally since but only on mud. I cant path run on them at all.

Re: Innov8 Mudclaws
I've an interesting phenomena -all my shoes are now too big! Whether as a result of weight loss (down 3 stone or so) or a side effect of steroid treatment (Although that is supposed to swell the feet) my feet which had over the years grown from size 11 to size 12 are now back to size 11. I'm running out of socks.....
Possibly the slowest Orienteer in the NE but maybe above average at 114kg
