I know there are several region junior squads, but is there a British junior squad?
If so, who is in change of it?

Re: Junior squads
Not as such: however, there is a LTAD plan from club through regional squads and so on - have a look here:

Edit:
Sarah Hague, the National Talent manager, is as much in charge of the strategy as anyone. Moreover, the Regional Squads also took it upon themselves to organise a national training camp whenBOF funding ran out (well played them)

The isn't a "junior" squad as such, but there are squads that contain juniors listed here:
http://www.britishorienteering.org.uk/page/athletes
The criteria for selection to those squads is in the Season Selection Policy.
Martin Ward, SYO (Chair) & SPOOK.

And more besides; without the efforts of the regional squad coaches, it doesn't look as if there would be much of a national junior programme if the BOF website is anything to go by (BTW I assume you mean well played Regional Squad coaches?

Re: Junior squads
Club junior squads are the way forward - keep orienteering local therefore quicker to get there, less travel, cheaper, target for whole club to aim towards, help at.
