Dunalastair Map
Having cycled along the North-west edge of the area today I'd guess there's either some OOB or some new tracks for the SSE pylon project which is running along the edge by the looks of it. Disappointing to see the Trinafour to Dalnacardoch road (old military and main road N) altered to suit all the associated HGV traffic.

Fortunately the area we use goes nowhere near that!

Really? I've only been there for the 97 six-day and remembered being parallel to the road up from Tummel Bridge, which is where the existing pylons run.

The Dunalastair map is huge - about 14 or 15km2..... the JK courses only uses a small portion of it.

If Graeme was planning he'd have had a couple of elites run round it in about half an hour...
