Looks like another Local Authority is trying to off-load responsibilities and raise a little extra cash. All part no doubt of the Government's squeeze on Public Finances.

If we want to preserve public open access to amenity land we have to make our feelings known. I would encourage orienteers to support this cause and sign the 38 degrees petition. Something similar could be happening to a Forest or woodland near you. It's already happening in Suffolk.
