Is this an increasing trend? The article refers to a an attack last week which is a bit worrying. The Meadows is not the safest place to be alone late at night, but is popular with runners and I might have thought reasonably OK at the time of the incident.

That is worrying, at 7pm the meadows is usually busy, even in winter. This must have been just after euoc intervals too..
