Across all sports satisfaction has fallen from 80.0 in 2009 to 79.7 in 2011. This is an increase of 3.2 from 2010
•Overall satisfaction in Orienteering has fallen from 83.4 in 2009 to 83.2 in 2011
• General participant satisfaction in Orienteering has increased from 81.6 in 2009 to 82.0 in 2011
• Club member satisfaction in Orienteering has fallen from 85.1 in 2009 to 84.2 in 2011
• Talent pool satisfaction in Orienteering has increased from 83.9 in 2009 to 85.0 in 2011

Hmm - wonder why?

I would have thought all these "changes" are too small to be statistically significant.
